Twilight, Lake of the Woods June 3rd, 2012 Oil on Canvas, 12 x 16 in, (nfs) It was a very wet weekend so although I did paint this outdoors (in a gazebo) it is of a view that was a long way from where I stood in MA.

April 17th, 2012 (sold) This is a birch tree, and the funny light that comes in a clearing between two storms. Although I don’t like painting from photos, I was homesick for the lake (Lake of the Woods, Ontario, Canada) so I painted it.
